A. Full Moon Open Tourney Committee Update: Meeting held, Discussion on committee seats and chairperson. There was some discussion on Sponsors for 04.
. B. C.A.S.T. Date set for
C. Casting Kids Update (Craig McMillin): Looking into Sportsmans schedule. We are looking at some dates for 2004, and maybe 2 large events instead of several small ones.
D. Steering Committee Suggestions

a. Blast-Off (shall we now assemble in the loading area, draw, and be allowed to go to fishing spot and await fishing until T.D. directs?) Tabled for Dec. Meeting
b. Returning cards (shall we now turn in all cards at a designated site prior to loading boats) Tabled for Dec. Meeting
c. Weekend Fees (shall fees be increased to $50/person from $40/person for all weekend tournaments?) Tabled for Dec. Meeting
V. New Business
A. Federation Report : Bill W. had a small presentation about In Water Weigh Ins.
B. CBF B.O.D. Meeting (Nov.15th and we need three members present) Need to Bring up standardizing website and who takes care of it.
C. Club dues for 2004 (minimum seven members join): 4 members joined. Club dues are Due at the Dec. meeting.
D. Year end standings- awards and 2003 presentation will be presented at December meeting: Pete will be presenting Trophies, Frank will have the 2003 video presentation.
E. Classic lake update: Classic Qualifiers will be fishing Box Butte for the Classic
F. Boat Winterizing Discussion: Bill W. wanted to remind everyone about Winterizing their boats.
